Its team, led by Mark Duffy and Lutz Hartmann combines the experiences and know-how of many years as executives and advisors on cross border deals and the strategic development of companies. Both have held C level positions in European publicly traded companies. Combined they have participated in well over 500 M&A transactions. A unique aspect is that both also have extensive experience of running companies on the African continent which delivers a unique perspective.
